• What kinds of templates do you provide, and how many of them can I choose from?

  We don't provide templates; you get custom-made, original work.

• How is what you offer different from design systems offered by other web providers?

  Well, the most important difference is that this is not an automatic web design system. We are a consortium of web designers who will build your site for you by hand; you won't be pointing and clicking on template models until you find something which is “pretty close” to what you want; you'll get exactly what you want, because your site will be developed by real developers interacting with you and listening to your needs.

• How difficult is it to get a web site?

  In fact, it's extremely simple. Just and you'll be online in no time!

• How long does it take you to design a web site once you've received the order?

  That depends on the complexity of the order. For a typical “showcase”-style website, you can expect to be up and running within a week.

• Can I use a domain I've already bought?

  Yes you can, but if your site is not already hosted, you may need to authorize us to transfer your domain before we can start working on it.

• What exactly is included in your offer?
  You will receive:

  • A new domain name, which we register with the Internet authority on your behalf
  • Development of your web site home page
  • Development of up to 3 internal pages
  • Basic web hosting
• Only four pages? I'll need more than that.

  Not to worry! Even though our basic offer includes only 4 pages, we can design as many pages as you need. We'll be happy to make you a so you'll know exactly how much you'll be paying. There are no hidden costs, and no nasty surprises.

• How do I order?

• What happens if someone else buys the domain I'm interested in after I've ordered a web site from you?

  Should you desire it, we will refund your money, no questions asked. Of course, we can always work with you to find you another available name.

• What if I don't like the web site you build for me?

  Well, to be honest, we don't think that can ever happen. We maintain contact with you during the entire development process and guarantee you're satisfied with the results of each step before we go on to the next. However, if for some reason you still aren't satisfied, we'll refund your money (less the cost of registering your domain with the domain registrar).

• What if we want to make changes to the site?

  Not a problem. If you want last-minute changes to your site before your purchase has been finalized, just let us know and we'll work everything into the process flow. Once we've turned over the finished web site to you, we'll be happy to evolve your site as time goes on, and even perform routine maintenance.

• Once I'm online, will I need to pay any more money in the future?

  Yes, unfortunately. Your domain remains registered for one year. You'll have to renew your domain before the time has elapsed, or your domain name will be revoked (which means nobody will be able to reach your web site any more). Additionally, if you've opted for a high-availability hosting plan, you can expect to pay a nominal fee to the web hosting agency whose machines actually serve your documents to the public.

• I really don't want to deal with all the technical details of routine site maintenance. Can you handle that, so I can concentrate on running my business?

  Yes, we can provide you with a number of different levels of term maintenance. and let us know what you need.

• I want to make frequent updates to my site, and I'm the only one who can do it.  I need a large web site with a good CMS, not just a “showcase” web site.

• I'm founding my own E-Commerce-based business, so I need merchant handling. Can you do that?

  We'll set you up with a forms-based email system which is configurable so your web site visitors can communicate with you via email securely and trouble-free. We'll also set you up with a number of email addresses which you can access using any modern email client, such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook.

• I'd like to allow visitors to my site to link to popular communities like Facebook, Twitter, and Sharethis. Can your programming do that?
